Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

Can I import a PDF file into SketchUp?
PDF is a very common file format, and you'll find many architectural drawings are shared in PDF format as well as most product data manuals. Currently, you cannot import a PDF directly into Sketchup on the Windows version so the usual way to import something at least is to convert the PDF file into a raster image.
Can a PDF be converted to CAD?
Open your PDF file (scanned or native) in Able2Extract Professional. In the side panel, go to the AutoCAD section and in the Format option, select Drawing Exchange Format (DXF) from the dropdown menu. Select the content you want to convert. Click on the AutoCAD button in the Convert toolbar.
