I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. So far my overall experience has been pretty great. The only thing I would recommend would be having more of a collection of pdf's to compare on certain subjects. Other than that, I am one happy customer!

My overall satisfaction about that app is a lot, it's just great tool for everyone, for students and also employees as well, at any time people can make change in their document and send it wherever it's needed.
That's basically great app, because you can solve all document issues in one app, scanning, adding image to the document putting dates, even signature, saving as pdf, or word or excel, sending to email, printing and etc. which help users to save more time.
I remember I faced problem while logging in, actually I think to login for that kind of program is something extra.

So helpful. I can fill out the form instead of scanning, printing, filling out, and then scanning again so that I can send it back. I did try other programs... this one is by far the very best.

Great customer service
This is a great site and if I had a business I would probably use it, but I only needed to sign and fill 2 documents during my 30-day free trail, so the cost of an actual subscription wasn't worth it. I attempted to cancel my subscription on the site but couldn't for some reason. As soon as I asked for a refund, however, it was immediate and customer service could not have been more helpful. So it would have been 5 stars if cancelling the free trial was a little easier. Also, if there was a lower subscription for very light usage I would be interested in that.
