I begrudgingly brought the product thinking it was too expensive and the online terms were confusing. However, after using it, I love it! I actually use it frequently now and don't know how I got along without it. Great product!

Need to have more option to edit a document, like Microsoft Word. When editing a document, there needs to be page breaks added. it appears as one long document until you go to turn it into a PDF where it is then broken into pages. It is impossible to get the spacing right since you have to go back and forth with the document.

What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

I had an issue merging documents using my pdf-filler account. I submitted a help ticket and the representatives were prompt in addressing my concerns and quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. What do you like best? I usually dont like to take time to review but this one is warranted and a long time coming. What I like best is how many hours it has saved us. We subscribe to several tools and PDFFiller is one of them that we use on a daily basis at the office. I cannot tell you how much time this has saved us especially while submitting proposals. We also love the fact that it has an inbuilt ability to send out e-signature similar to docusign so we do not have to subscribe to a separate service for that. If there is one tool that has given us a 100x return on our investment that is PDFFiller. I am also thankful to the PDFFiller team as they keep on innovating and adding new features. What do you dislike? Nothing really. Like I said above, this tool as delivered massive value to our company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Editing PDF docs, adding, merging, e-sign docs etc etc. Avoids us having to scan docs I mean it has a bunch of features that once you start using it you will be like WOW! This is one of the MUST HAVE productivity tools in your arsenal.

Having to make the check boxes into… Having to make the check boxes into check marks instead of x takes while when you have twenty on the page. It would be nice if you could decide for the whole page.
