I'm new to the service and would like to implement PDF Filler into my system of correlating several documents for my customers to sign. Note: SMS service for quick signature is worth the annual fee alone!!

PDF filler is user friendly. I am able to access previous years 1040 forms for clients who have had issues with their past years taxes. All of the forms are easily accessible. I enjoy using the tools available such as highlight, signing documents ect.

I have used PDF filler a couple of times and so far I love it! Just a little suggestion, maybe you can add/give the option to be able to change the size of the fonts without having to add a text box where there is already one to fill (does it make sense?). Thank you!

This has been a very pleasant surprise as I am a avid &somewhat devoted Adobe Acrobat user &didn't think that there existed any other app that could even come anyway close in performance, features &value to what has long been the industry standard for me...They created PDF file format..but PDFfiller has made working with them much more user-friendly &intuitive. Using the two in tandem has been both very eye-Opening ,&productive!!!

Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage.
My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.

Can I use a trademarked logo for personal use?
2 Answers. The band's logo can be protected by both copyright and trademark. Trademark would not apply to your personal use, because to infringe a trademark, you need to “use” the mark, and “use” in trademark law generally means selling an item that has the mark on it.
Can I use a trademarked logo?
The United States trademark law as stated in the Latham Act allows a non-owner of a registered trademark to make “fair use” of it without permission. Fair use includes using a logo in editorial content, among other situations. Logos don't even need to be registered as trademarks to be protected under current law.
How do I find out if a logo is copyrighted?
You can search for the mark either at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, also known as a USPTO search, or the United States Copyright Office to find who owns the trademark or the copyright on the logo.
Are city logos copyrighted?
As a general rule the answer is no. It has trademark protection just like any other registered trademark. If the logo is old enough maybe it has passed into the public domain. If he is pulling a permit, or simply asks, it's entirely feasible the city would have no issues providing him permission.
Can you use logos in presentations?
It is best to avoid having presentations including logos up on the web without permission, especially if you put something negative in the presentation. I suggest you take a look at the website of the company in question and see what it states about its logo use.
