Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. I love it! my only gripe is not being able to send emails with pdf's as normal attachments. I have to send a lot of PDF's to insurance companies and they complain that their systems cannot open the PDF's as sent from pdffiller so I have to take the time to download them from pdffiller, upload them to my CRM, and then attach them in emails. It would be great to be able to save that time. But other than that I am very impressed with the service.

SIMPLE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT TECH SAVY
ITS GOOD BUT PRICE SHOULD BE MADE RESONABLE SO THAT MORE PEOPLE CAN AFFORD AND USE YOUR TOOLS. FOR PEOPLE IN INDIA IT IS STILL EXPENSIVE. IF YOU REDUCE YOUR PRICE, IT WILL BE AFFORDABLE TO MANY AND YOU WILL HAVE MORE CUSTOMER VOLUME IN INDIA THAN ANY OTHER COUNTRY. THIS WILL HELP YOU GENERATE MORE REVENUE.

It's user friendly and I'm figuring it out as I go... just a bit of support with downloading to my google drive and figuring out why/when to use the link would be great.

Easy to use. I have to STUDY the layout to find what I want. We are not power users of this product. The webinar might help.
The pricing you impose presumes that I use a lot of features. I wish you had a price structure to low end users who seek to have a few simple forms filled and signed.
