I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. I love that I can alter a pdf with just about anything. I can also send forms to my clients to e-sign through a secure site. Often I use it to sign documents that are sent to me as well.

The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.

Due to a mixup a annual membership was bought. Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. PDFfiller is web-based, so it's easy for me to access on my phone if I need to quickly sign or edit a PDF file.
Additional features in the paid subscription model (more editing options), would convince me to sign-up for the paid versions of the software.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

What I really like about the program is…
What I really like about the program is that we have a lot of issues and it was able to handle them all! My husband plays music at church which is a standard business. He is opening an LLC which we need to do several forms which most places do not handle including the 1120s, the k1, and so many others. The pdfFiller has handled them all!
