The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. But that never happened.

What do you like best?
I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

Positive review It is so much easier to get my scholarships done. I hate writing on my scholarships, so I was having to completely retype the application which was taking time from me filling them out.One suggestion would be to do a student discount, like in my case using it for scholarships. A way to do this could be they have to enter there school and get a school code from someone and then that could verify they are a student so the company is not getting taken advantage of.

PDF Filler For me Im tech savvy, so I can quickly find my way around for the features that I need myself, however for others they may find it tedious to find the feature, maybe I feel that way because I went through google suites, I was also disappointed at the extremely low rating, however most people must complained that it was not free, which is not really a big issue, no software is totally free, they need to make money, so they will surely make some features available as trail, if you need more stuff then pay, 100%, I don't agree with the negative reviews., that's why I stuck around for the software. I love this software, actually it is one particular feature that is EXTREMELY attractive for me, which is the ability to make a form that is 1) fillable, 2) electronically signable, 3) that can be available via a link, 4) that can be placed on a website, 5) and best of all accessible only by secure login. All these features are amazing. Not so clear features however I'm tech savvy so I had no problem, others they may find it tedious to find needed features. I was also disappointed at the extremely low rating.

A Great Time Saving Tool This software is a great time-saving tool in that it allows me to fill in, search, and edit forms and send them electronically within minutes. That way, I don't have to manually hand write information the form, then scan them (or mail them) and wait for recipients to respond. The software basically digitizes the workflow process, which saves me a lot of time. The software is limited to specific industries and the forms and features that these industries use. Therefore, not all forms and features are fully applicable to our company so we can't take advantage of them.

Works great. Simple to add, sign and save documents PDFfiller makes it easy to sign and save documents. Options to change sizes of texts and saves documents right online at PDFfiller site in case it get's deleted from desktop.

What do you like best? Being able to create templates of commonly used forms for client completion. Also being able to access legal forms (IRS, etc.) to complete through the system for commonly used forms for our Small Business Solutions. The notifications via email and the ability to save the completed forms to Google Drive for easy access. Being about to have a link to send to clients for specific forms based on their needs is extremely helpful. Being able to take the links and post on our website for easy accessibility for our clients. I love that we can embed the links throughout all of our communications for ease of use for client interaction. What do you dislike? Not being able to locate the signed documents in a central location, but rather having to access from the notifications for each document. The navigation of the system is systems challenging to locate documents that had been completed through Link to Fill process. I also do not like that we cannot edit information on the PDF, unless this is a service we are currently not utilizing with our subscription. I have to go into another program, such as Word or another PDF Editor software to make updates an then reupload the form to PDF Filler. The ability to make corrections within the PDF once uploaded would save me time and increase efficiency. The transition of the link from the published link to fill page and when posting in our practice management system requires an extra step to post into a web browser to get the full URL that works for clients to copy and paste. Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider how much time you spend creating forms, money you spend on postage, and storage for paper filing. If you're looking for ways to improve your workflow related to form completion for client interaction, you have to give PDF Filler a try. You will not be disappointed and will free up time to interact with more clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PDF Filler Saver and Protector Great! Awesome software/product that is very helpful in the business environment. What I like most with the PDF filler is the ability to secure and password protect a very important document. I like sending documents or exchange with staff for faster and easier collaboration and this software helps us do that while making sure the personal information are protected. Nothing much as it serves the purpose that I am really looking for. I cannot think of anything that I don't like. I am satisfied.

The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations make any clause which is 'unfair' null and void in a court of law. So if a term or condition of the tenancy agreement is giving either party less than their statutory rights, then it can't be enforced, and it won't hold up in a court of law.

A breach of the tenancy agreement is when the property manager/owner or tenant fails to comply with any part of the agreement.
Is an unsigned tenancy agreement enforceable? Tenancy agreements should be in writing, however, they may still be enforceable where an agreement has been made verbally.
If you and the landlord verbally agreed to a date, but the date on the lease is wrong, and you signed the lease, you are bound by the date signed. In this case if the date on the lease is wrong it has no actual effect since it's not material. If dates are specific then it still depends.
A mere error in date that has no effect on the performance of the contract doesn't make it invalid.
