What do you like best?
I love that I can use it on my phone via app and on my desktop laptop. I love how quickly I can signed my documents and also send via email and no when the receiptant downloaded my document. I also like I can faxes as well.
What do you dislike?
There was a time I need to edit a document and was not able to do so and the customer service was no very helpful.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
One thing is able to save on paper!!!

Excellent product never had an issue so can't tell you what support is like. Upload, fill and print Quick and easy to work with. Have used other pdf products and this is best for the price. Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications. Worry about encryption and security of stored documents but most of my work is not confidential so that is one reason I use it.

PDFiller is awesome Being able to edit a PDF online is great, and having to give a whopping 30-day free trial is awesome. However, I think some things should be incorporated, like been able to move the typed words easily rather than having to cut and paste.

To calculate rentable square footage for a smaller (less than full-floor) tenant, first multiply the usable square footage by the floor common factor, then multiply that result by the building common factor.
The Rentable Area of floor area is computed by measuring to the inside finished surface of the dominant portions of the permanent outer building walls, excluding any major vertical penetrations of the floor. No deduction is made for columns and projections necessary to the building.
Load factor is calculated by dividing building's total rentable square feet by the total usable square feet. This load factor is then multiplied by the tenant's usable square feet to find the rentable square feet for the space.

Actual square-unit of a building that may be leased or rented to tenants, the area upon which the lease or rental payments are computed. It usually excludes common areas, elevator shafts, stairways, and space devoted to cooling, heating, or other equipment. Also called net leasable area.
Multiply the amount by the rentable square footage to determine your monthly cost. Divide that amount by your usable square footage to calculate your actual price per usable square foot. For example, if the rentable square footage is 1,130 and the price is $1 per square foot, your monthly lease amount is $1,130.
To calculate rentable square footage for a smaller (less than full-floor) tenant, first multiply the usable square footage by the floor common factor, then multiply that result by the building common factor.
For each occupant, it is generally measured from the centerline of partitions that separate adjacent occupants, from the measure line on the exterior surface of exterior enclosures, from the lease line at common areas, and includes the full thickness of all other enclosing walls.
Net square footage is the usable or rentable area of a specified space (e.g. a suite, floor, or an entire building). This measurement generally excludes non-rentable areas such as common areas, hallways, and mechanical rooms.
NET RENTABLE AREA. Building's actual square-unit ready for lease or rent to tenants. This is the area used to compute expected lease or rental payments. Common areas, elevator shafts, stairways, and space devoted to cooling, heating, or other equipment are typical excluded areas.
