I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Excellent product never had an issue so can't tell you what support is like. Upload, fill and print
Quick and easy to work with. Have used other pdf products and this is best for the price.
Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications.
Worry about encryption and security of stored documents but most of my work is not confidential so that is one reason I use it.

I've been a customer of ********************** for almost 2 years now. The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. I can't say enough about PDFFiller! Complete professionalism, confidentiality, and customer oriented. Try **********************! You will not be disappointed!
