You an edit PDFs and make forms fillable. It is easy to navigate and design your forms. I thought it was easy to add additional information to an existing pdf.

How do you know when your LLC is approved?
You can go to your State's Secretary of State office, (Most states have this online) and search for your LLC, if you can't find it, it may not be registered. The EIN is applied for through the IRS. You can do this through email or fax.
Can you refuse to fill out a w9?
Yes, you can refuse a request to fill out the W-9 but only if you are suspicious as to why a business has made the request. Businesses in the United States are instructed by the IRS to request the W-9 be completed by any service provider they're paying US$ 600 or more to during the tax year.
What happens if I do not have a W 9 form for someone who I paid?
If you don't have a W-9 Form for someone you have paid, you must request one. Most vendors willingly provide it. Some vendors have an Employer Identification Number (EIN) or use their personal Social Security Number for income purposes. Either number is acceptable.
What happens if I do not have aw 9 form for someone who I paid?
If you don't fill out a W-9 duly requested by an employer, partner or other entity duly entitled to your taxpayer ID information, you may be penalized $50 for each instance. You may also be subject to backup withholding, which means the mayor will withhold 28 percent of your check and forward the proceeds to the IRS.
What happens if a vendor does not provide a w9?
When a vendor has failed to provide the proper W-9 documentation, a business owner is still allowed to process a year-end Form 1099-Misc form, reporting all income to the vendor. This allows the business to deduct the expenses properly. Send the vendor his copy of the 1099-Misc, send the IRS and the state its copy.
Do you need a w9 for reimbursement?
A W9 is asking for your Identification number which, for an employee, is your social security number. Your employer should already have it. It sounds like your employer is going to treat you as self-employed for reporting some expense reimbursements, which usually is not correct.
