EASY TO USE, TRULY ALLOWS ONE TO EDIT PDFS. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE MORE FONTS AND THE ABILITY TO SET THE FONT SIZE MANUALLY, AND SMALLER THAN SIZE 8. OTHER THAN THAT, GREAT, USEFUL APP.

That the products are exceptional goes without saying, but even the best product can fail without a solid customer service/ support team. Each time I have contacted PDFfiller I have received a prompt response outlining viable solutions and knowledgeable answers. PDF Filler has been a great tool to assist me in the large amount of forms that I have had to edit over the past few months. It is very easy to use. I do think that is for the more tech savvy individuals that deal with PDFs on a daily basis. There were a few things that I had to figure out, but overall I give it 5 stars because it is a lot easier to use and edit documents my way than it is for me to do in Adobe PDF. Thanks PDF Filler.

What is a stipulated sum contract?
A lump sum contract, sometimes called stipulated sum, is the most basic form of agreement between a contractor and a customer. This type of contract is usually developed by estimating labor costs, material costs, and adding a specific amount that will cover contractor's overhead and profit margin.
What is a stipulated fee?
A stipulated sum contract requires that the contractor agree to be responsible for the proper job execution at a set price. The owner has essentially assigned the risk of project costs to the contractor, who can be expected to ask for a higher markup to anticipate unforeseen problems.
What is the difference between lump sum and cost plus a fee compensation?
With a lump sum contract, all the risk is placed on your contractor. Cost plus, you take on all the risk. Everything is billable, and the contractor has no risk for this. In return, you might be charged a lower markup.
What is the difference between GMP and lump sum?
A Lump Sum contract price will always be lower than the Guaranteed Maximum Price in a GMP/Cost-Plus contract because the GMP/cost-Plus contract will include a construction contingency (typically 5% plus or minus that is not included in a Lump Sum contract amount.
