This is an awesome program
This is an awesome program. I've searched for a long time and haven't been satisfied with what was available on the internet. This is a program that does what it says it can do and does it very well... finally!

Great Program to help buyer's get their electronically signed documents
It makes it much easier for the buyer to get documents that can be electronically signed.
Quality of the documents that get sent to my buyer's is fantastic. The look of the documents are professional quality
Ease of use. It is hard to remember how to set up the file to get to the buyer quickly. I always have to try it 2 different times to get it right.

That i was able to fix and remove…
That i was able to fix and remove unwanted documents to send just what i needed. The fact that I can fax without having a big machine to do, matter of fact that is one of the reasons that I decided to use pdfFiller. You make filling out important documents easy and able to sign by uploading just a picture of the signature needed. However you could make it easier to be able to create a fax sheet more personal. The one on the website is okay but not personal enough. Maybe I will think about doing the annual thing let's just see what more I can learn to do with your program. thank you for making it so easy to send important documents from the comfort of my home office without having to pay someone else to fax for me

Phenomenal Customer Service
Due to the pandemic, like a lot of people I was forced to work from home. My employer doesn't adequately support us in this task and so one day as a matter of urgency I started the free pdfFiller trial for a month. I set a reminder to cancel my subscription but I didn't complete the cancellation. When the annual subscription fee was taken from my bank account I was devastated, it's a deduction I couldn't afford and my employer would not reimburse me. The team at pdfFiller were amazing. They ensured I successfully cancelled the subscription and they also processed a refund. The speed of response was phenomenal, their empathy towards someone who genuinely could not afford the subscription was so appreciated. Their customer service is like nothing I have experienced before. Keep up the great work.

This is a true time saver!!!
This is a true time saver!!!! Not real user friendly BUT if you stay with it you'll reach your goal of a completed form. After that, print off and take to or send to the Court. If you need to modify later you simply go back to your account and documents saved and make the changes.

What is ASC appointment notice?
Your appointment notice (Form I-797C, Notice of Action) will include the date, time, and location for your ASC appointment. The biometrics you provide during your ASC appointment allow us to confirm your identity and run required background and security checks.
What happens at USCIS biometrics appointment?
At your biometrics appointment, USCIS will collect your fingerprints, take your photo, and have you sign your name for electronic capture. At the end of this appointment, you will be given a stamp on your appointment notice confirming that you attended.
What happens after the biometrics appointment?
After a Biometrics Appointment Once you have completed your biometrics appointment, you will be given a stamp on your appointment notice confirming that you attended. Keep this document safe. It serves as proof if USCIS cannot find its record stating that you attended the appointment.
How long does it take for biometrics appointment?
Typically 3 to 5 weeks after filing, you will receive a notice for your biometrics appointment. This will include your appointment date, time, and location. Most of the time, the location will be the closest USCIS office.
