I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. This is a great addition to my business. Fast, efficent and saves a ton of time. I get Forms that need to be signed all the time and I just quickly upload sign/date add notes or make changes and email, fax or scan back. I could not imagine my business without it.

I've often wished I could fill out information on the screen, not just print off and then fill by hand. My handwriting is really scratchy and hard to read, quite unprofessional. The PDFfiller has been an answer to my prayers.

No, I think its a good program. Just a few things I need to learn how to use. Although, it's a bit costly, I would like to keep using, but it may be expensive for my business.

great, easy to use, saves us a fortune on an extra phone line for a fax. Great customer service, I always use live chat and get answers and resolution within a few minutes. I have only had to use support 3 times in a year because the program is so user friendly.

The program works amazing wish it was easier to inport templates for medical billing documentation, but we made it work

It is useful. Only thing I would like is for it to figure out what font I had on the document BEFORE I edit it. I have contract templates that I use that I have to edit sometimes and finding the font that will match that size and actual type is very difficult. i usually end up just dealing with whichever one I find. If there is a way to do that, please let me know via email.

This is an amazing program
This is an amazing program. I like all the options it has. Merging documents together, removing pages, splitting documents, re-arranging pages. Does it all.
