PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. The Congressional Record is the official record of the proceedings and debates of the United States Congress, published by the United States Government Publishing Office and issued when Congress is in session.
What is a Congressional Record statement?
The Congressional Record. The Congressional Record is a substantially verbatim account of the remarks made by senators and representatives while they are on the floor of the Senate and the House of Representatives. It also includes all bills, resolutions, and motions proposed, as well as debates and roll call votes.
Where can the Congressional Record be located?
The Congressional Record and its index may be available in large library systems or college libraries, frequently as a part of their participation in the Federal Depository Library Program (FDP). Are congressional hearings recorded?

How do I find out how my Congress voted?
To access votes using Congress.gov search for a bill and click on the “Actions” tab. All House and Senate roll call votes will be listed with links to the House and Senate's web pages. The Congressional Record is the official source of information on recorded floor votes.

Why is the Congressional Record not quite a word for word account of the proceedings in the House or Senate?
The Record is not quite a word for word account, however, since members have five days in which to make changes in each temporary edition. They often insert speeches that were in fact never made, reconstruct debates, and revise thoughtless or inaccurate remarks.
