Works well Works well. Just wish there was a way to sign without the added date and time and logo. No one cares about the logo, they just want a signature that appears real. I still have to print, sign and scan, because of that one issue. Kind of makes it worthless to be able to fill out on line.

Fixed term or temporary contracts contain a pre-determined end date which can either be a specific calendar date or follow an agreed length of time. By name, the contract must end after the fixed-term, but it may be renewed if there is a need.
Temp contracts are extremely important because they set out the rules for the relationship between an employer and a temporary employee. A proper contract protects the business from liability and from paying unemployment benefits when the employees' contract is complete.
Temporary workers are employees of yours or of a temporary agency. Contract workers are hired to perform a job or task, but they are not your employees they are in business for themselves. Interns are typically students who take internships to learn (not to perform tasks no one else in your company likes.)
Short-term temp positions might last a day or a few days, sometimes up to a couple of weeks. When the position continues longer than about six weeks, it's typically considered long term.
Temporary employment services (often referred to as temporary employment agencies or firms) offer client companies the services of temporary employees who possess specific skills. Specialized temporary services can routinely handle specific, time-sensitive and highly skilled projects.
Contracts will normally end automatically when they reach the agreed end date. Employees on a fixed term contract for four or more years may automatically become a permanent employee.

Of course, a down-side exists for temporary work: Temp jobs are, by definition, short term, usually less than a month, often less than a week. If you want a longer term job without making a full commitment to the employer as a “permanent" employee, freelancing or contracting can be a better option.
A temp-to-hire position is one in which an individual is hired for a temporary period (often about 3 – 6 months). At the end of this period, the employee is eligible for a full-time position. However, the employer can choose to dismiss the employee rather than offering her a full-time job.
A seasonal contract is a special form of fixed-term contract subject to specific rules. A seasonal contract is not meant to cover a periodic increase in the normal activity of a business, but to cover specific tasks that are not performed throughout the rest of the year.
