On first blush,this is a fine tool. I have a limited number of documents. So this works great. Simple. Easy to follow. Support answered some not so obvious questions quickly and easily. Well done. I have one question or suggestion..I would like to merge a couple of my documents...but don't want to pay for a full upgrade for just two or three uses. Can you offer a "yeah we'll let you do this" one off pricing for someone like me? Would be very helpful. (I will also say I tried several of the competing products...and this was far easier to use)

Had a few difficulties with the process, but was able to sort it out after a little experimentation. I would like the ability to vary the size of signatures. I also tried to change the date format and set a new default but it didn't seem to work. Overall, I was ok with the program but I really didn't find it fitted my purposes.

PDF Filler is a must for me! I love it! As a small business owner who strives to maintain a professional business image (website, business cards, etc.) , PDFfiller does just that for the proposals I create for my customers ... both future, and repeat. I know for a fact my customers appreciate the quality and professionalism of the proposals they receive from me - they've told me so! Thanks PDFfiller! I love the ability to quickly, and easily, create/copy professional proposals for my customers. I then save each file as a PDF (with my logo embedded at the top left of each document), and attach via e-mail for completing my estimation process with each customer. The only thing I've discovered is with the particular template I use for my particular proposals - my template has an area that indicates "Page 1 of _" ... well, there are no additional pages that are affiliated with my template, so I end up either having to re-edit to ensure my entire proposal fits into "Page 1", or I have to continue additional pages outside of PDFfiller.

It's always safe to begin your salutation with the word dear in a business letter. One exception is when you use the general salutation To Whom It May Concern, but more on that in a moment.
In the same way, finishing a formal letter when starting Dear Sir or Madam, would be Yours faithfully whereas for a letter commencing Dear Mr (name), would be Yours sincerely. With friends and relations an informal sign-off is fine.
According to the Online Etymology Dictionary : “As a polite introductory word to letters, it is attested from mid-15c.” It is a formal and polite way to address someone. When writing to friends I usually just say “Hi”. Sometimes I will just start the letter (generally email) with their name: “John, how's things?”
Most formal letters will start with 'Dear' before the name of the person that you are writing to: 'Dear Ms Brown,' or 'Dear Brian Smith,' You can choose to use first name and surname, or title and surname. 'Dear Sir/Madam,' Remember to add the comma.
