I like the service and have been using for awhile!
I like the service and have been using for awhile. Their customer care team was really responsive through instant chat. Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links. At the end she even saved me some money with the steps we took to save my old account! Definitely recommend their service and also contacting them with any question!

I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied! Very helpful customer service experience! Used the chat function on the website and Sam was quick and efficient to respond and my issue was instantly solved. Very refreshing as so many many companies leave you on hold for hours or don't reply at all!
