Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

How do you write your driver's license number?
JONES Displaying first five letters of your surname. 849339 First and last numbers are the year of birth. TS The first two initials of your forenames. 8AD Computer check digits. ** License numbers.
Do you include the letter in your driver's license number?
The document ID on the driver's license, is that suppose to be all numbers or does it include letters too? Generally, you include both the numbers and the letters, exactly as they show on your license.
Can a driver's license number have letters?
The California Department of Motor Vehicles was kind enough to provide some insight. According to the e-mail, driver's license numbers are issued by series. Neither the letter nor the numbers have any meaning except as noted above.

The letter represents the first initial and numbers represent the consonants of the surname. -- 222 represents the first name and middle initial. -- 33 is the year of birth. -- 444 represents the birthdate and the sex.
