Great!! Saves me lots of time where I would have to find the form print it out and then type the information. The only thing that is a problem is the instructions within the form itself. I feel the instructions throughout the form should not be on the printout itself.

I like the program a lot. You recently changed the format a little. When I want to save a document to my computer, I can't tell it where to save it; it automatically saves it to my downloads, which I do not like. Before you changed the format, I was able to save a PDF completed document to whatever file I needed to on my computer. I would like to be able to do that again.

I lost all my forms that I filled out. I have to get blanks and start over. I'am not compurter literate. I could not retrieve my filled forms. What a waste of my time, No body bothered to let me know how l could retreve them. Only worried about what grade they would get.

We no longer had use for product as we…
We no longer had use for product as we are a small Not for Profit Organisation and they canceled our subscription that was automatically renewed and refunded the $'a that was charged. This happened without any issues and thanks to pdFiller for their understanding

What is Leaf eon's nickname?
Here are all the Eevee-lution nicknames, including Leaf eon & Glace on: Flatiron — Pro. Jolt eon — Sparky. Vapor eon — Trainer.
How do I evolve Levee into Sylvan?
Level up. Once your Levee has at least two Affection hearts and knows a Fairy-type move, level it up. You can do this through random battles, fights with other trainers, and so on. Once your Levee levels up, assuming the conditions above have been met, it should immediately evolve into Sylvan.
How do you evolve Levee into Sylvan in Pokémon Go?
Unfortunately, Sylvan is not currently available for players to evolve their Levee into when it comes to the famous title. Only the evolutions of Leaf eon, Glace on, Umbrella, Es peon, Flatiron, Jolt eon, and Vapor eon are currently available for players to evolve their Levees into during their next evolution.

Is Sylvan in Pokémon Go 2019?
And there is another Levee evolution missing from the list that will appear alongside the launch of Gen 6. This would be Sylvan, a Fairy-type Pokémon that probably won't appear in-game until 2020.
Can you get Sylvan in sword and shield?
Sylvan is a Fairy-type Levee evolution, first introduced in Pokémon X and Y. Increase Levee's Friendship to three-hearts and level it up when it knows a Fairy-type move to evolve it into Sylvan. Friendship and Affection have largely been combined in Pokémon Sword and Shield!
