Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. I'm definitely not tech savvy. Old school pen and paper here. The pdf autofiler is an old girls new best friend. Everything is clearly explained and help is there if or when you need it. I believe I may keep it.

Help me get a deliverable done in time
I've only used it for 30 minutes or maybe an hour but it has helped me merge a bunch of PDFs that I was having issues with and needed t get dne iin time for a contract delivery.

What do you like best?
Very easy to use. Super helpful. I have to complete so many forms this is an amazing addition so I dont have to hand write everything.
What do you dislike?
I would say the price, but even that isn't bad. So nothing at all.

Like mentioned above, I often have so many forms I need to fill out. I love being able to just write and fill in the things I need. To make them look very clean and professional.

I ordered the yearly subscription instead of monthly and was easily able to fix this via the chat box on their website! Great customer service!

It is a necessity, I accidentally stumbled across this program. If I had not found this I would have had to hand write my entire resume. This saved me hours of work and a great presentation.

I filled out forms before purchasing app and thought it was saved. After I purchased the app I could not find my document. I texed with a customer service rep, he was no help and quit the communication.

Directly refund
PDFfiller is a very good site and the support team is the best.I just wanted to use the 30 days trial for a document the 27th may 2020.I canceled the subscription but I think an error has occurred.I see my account has been debited of 96$.I wrote them a mail and the assistant refund my acount.Thanks again PDFfiller for your kindness and your quickly anwser.
