I was in a hurry to get a commercial invoice to a broker, all went well until I tried to email the document. I'm 64 years old, so not the brightest when it comes to computer stuff, but it was really confusing at that point.

Handy service, wish it was a little cheaper and a little more intuitive. It should be easy to fill in a form over and over but there is no save as, so you end up redoing your work a lot as it saves over it.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. I love PDF Filler- I generate a lot of documents and this is an essential tool
I can manipulate the documents that I create. I do a lot of RFP answers
Ease of use. The program is easy to use and manipulate forms. I was introduced to program at another employer and requested my current company purchase
There really isn't any aspect of the program that I do not like. Maybe a couple of more options with regarding the size of the fonts.

What do you like best?
I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam.

Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great!
