Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. I had some slight issues on my 1st…
I had some slight issues on my 1st attempt as there were fields in different locations than a previous edition of this form, but easily was able to correct the overwriting of several fields. Worked beautifully on several previous (new) documents.

It is a little difficult to figure out how to load an existing form with the saved name. I also had to Google how to enlarge the font. Most of the help directions are outdated, but I did finally figure it out after a lot of wasted time. I DO like the program in general and love being able to convert and save in a different format.

The software was actually really great and extremely useful. I didnt really experience any difficulties with it and was exactly what I needed and a quick pinch without having to install anything. There was one small issue with my account, but the support team got back to me within the same hour and resolved what I needed. Amazing all the way through.
