This is an outstanding manner to file. However, if the numerical partion could be exactly alligned it would be helpful, especially in filling out IRS forms

it is good but finding documents is difficult, and the UI is a little bit hard to use at first. Double clicking on a document should open it, but it doesn't.

I have tried a couple other products and they do not compare with the ease of the PDFfiller product. I am over 80 and faced with a great deal of medical paperwork regarding insurance, test results, doctors paperwork and hospital paperwork.
My handwriting is a bit shaky with age and at times people can not read what I have attempted to write. I used PDFfiller on a several pages of a doctor's information form and it was a breeze and people could read my answers. The doctors staff wanted to know how I did it and thanked me many times for doing it with PDFfiller.

I was extremely happy with PDFFiller until I took an entire 2 hours worth of notes on a pdf and the website froze when I tried to save it. And then lost it all with no recovery option.

I struggled a bit when the form was completed because I failed to see where the "Print" button was located, but a rep from Customer Care (Paul) helped me and I was all set. Looking forward to exploring and using the PDF filler site frequently.

What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!

How do you enforce a settlement?
If a defendant signed a settlement agreement and agreed to pay your medical expenses, they are required to do so by the terms of the agreement. If they do not, a judge can enforce the settlement agreement by entering a judgment against the defendant, ordering them to pay the agreed upon amounts.
What is motion to enforce settlement?
A motion to enforce a settlement agreement is where we are asking a court to enforce the terms of a settlement to make the defendant do what the defendant promised when it settled. A case gets settled, and sometimes we don't have the settlement agreement already finalized.
What does motion to settle mean?
Sometimes the judge directs a party to write up the decree. Sometimes, the parties disagree about what the judge said should be in the decree. If the parties cannot agree to the language of the decree, a motion to settle journal entry puts the differing opinions before the judge for a final ruling.
