I enjoy the ability to convert PDF files back into MS Word. Very Often I will start in MS Word and send the document to an employer who then sends me a final version in PDF which is OK until such time as there is a need amend it. As I don't travel with a copier, printer or scanner this creates problems.

Excellent service and customer service! Disappointed however that the maximum number of pages allowable is 150. I'm working with much larger documents. The rest is great though.

I had a problem with a pdf file freezing up on deadline and not being able to copy it when I was on deadline. I have to say, though, your online customer service was extremely helpful in solving my problem.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. I had an issue merging documents using my account. I submitted a help ticket and momentarily I was contacted by a representative who quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved! I will continue being a paid pdf-filler customer for years to come!
