Great Service - Great Support Team
I used this service just once, but it was very easy to navigate the site and all of its capabilities. I thought I had canceled my subscription after I was done and forgot about it until I was charged the full annual fee. I reached out to them to see if I was eligible for a refund since I had not logged into my account in 29 days. They agreed to refund the charge and were very timely about it! I will use this service again if I ever need it again.

What do you like best?
I love the whiteout option and the text box. Also the drag option to move all text over.
What do you dislike?
I have no complaints at this time. Have had no issues since we first started using PDFiller.

I am whiting out personal information, Printing documents with additional text not on it to avoid printing more than necessary.

How do you add footnotes to Mandela?
Inserting citations as footnotes Mandela should do this automatically as long as you've chosen a suitable style put your cursor where the footnote number needs to go, then insert the citation as above. The reference should then be added not after the text, but as a new footnote.
How do I transfer files to Mandela?
Select the reference you wish to move. Use the Ctrl or Shift keys to highlight multiple references. Drag and drop the references to the All Deleted Documents folder under Trash in the left-hand panel of your Mandela library. Alternatively, right-click and select Delete Documents.
How do I import an article into Mandela?
First, download the article to your local computer. Then from the Mandela Desktop App click the Add Files option in the menu or right-click on your citation list and select Add Files. Select the file you would like to upload. Mandela will bring in the file and create a citation at the same time.
How do I add a citation style in Mandela?
A new window will open. In that, click on Get more Styles.
