I like the online webpage. However, I have trouble using the app. It doesn't have my saved signatures and it won't link to my OneDrive (Office 365) properly.

User Friendly
Super easy to use. I needed to send a document to a customer for them to sign. I didn't need to take time for them to come to the office and they could continue with their busy day with only a 1 minute interruption.

Was not sure about the monthly versus the yearly and almost paid too much! In my opinion: There should be an option for businesses with more than one licensed user to have access too, versus giving out my personal login so my partners can benefit from the same resource. Such as a link where up to two are licensed and covered and then the rest have to get their own subscription.

The product is great and very easy to use. I had started a free trial for one time use, but forgot to cancel it and was charged for a full year, but when I contacted them they refunded my money straight away with no questions asked. I wish all companies were as good to deal with as this!

How do you charge invoices?
To charge by invoice, you must create the bills to give to your customers. One option is to use a computer accounting program, such as QuickBooks or Peach tree. Once you sell your product or render your service, you input the information into your computer and generate an invoice.
How do you pay by invoice?
You write a check addressed to the payable name on the invoice and mail it, along with detachable part of the invoice to the address they specify. Some companies/sites allow customers to pay at a later date by issuing credit terms without charging interest as long as the invoice is paid within a certain time frame.
How do I pay an invoice online?
Select the Pay button for the invoice you want to pay. Select a payment date using the Select Payment Date field. Select your credit card or bank account using the Select Payment Method field. Select the Review button.
