Does mobile give you a replacement phone?
No you can't get a replacement in store because you're not going through T-Mobile but rather the insurance company.
Can I get a replacement phone from T-Mobile?
Contact T-Mobile Customer Service to suspend your line. Replace your device by purchasing one at a retail store. Until you get a new device, you can use another device you may already have with a new T-Mobile SIM card. Once you get a new phone and SIM card, contact T-Mobile Customer Service to restore your service.
How do I get a replacement phone from T-Mobile?
If possible, call from a different device, so we can work on your issue.
T-Mobile stores can help you reach Care, but aren't equipped to fix or immediately replace devices.
How long does it take for T-Mobile to send a replacement phone?

How much does it cost to replace a lost phone T-Mobile?
Around $175.00 for Cells depending on type. They'll replace with a refurbished device or with like model if your device is discontinued/out of stock.
Does T mobile phone insurance cover lost phones?
T-Mobile's Basic Device Protection Plan covers malfunctioning phones, accidental damage (including cracked screens and water damage), loss and theft. Like Protection 360, the plan covers your phone, charger, battery and SIM card; and other accessories are only covered if they're lost or stolen with your phone.

Asuncion does a 12-month warranty on all devices that they send out. You're still in that time frame, so that's who you'll need to speak with. If you call CS, and they realize you're using a phone that's from Asuncion, they're supposed to warm transfer you over there to handle the replacement.
