I just needed to do one form, so I chose the one-month subscription. It worked great, but it was not clear when I purchased that ONE month, that I would be setup on further automatic monthly payments, otherwise I would have opted out of that. It is a PDF editor very easy to use and very useful!
It has helped me a lot to edit PDFs and very easily, when before it was impossible.
You can upload a document from your computer, but also from Dropbox, Box and OneDrive.
With any option, you can edit by adding images, signatures, text boxes and brands.
As a disadvantage, the file load is a bit slower than other editors. however, it provides great editions.

I like that I can bring in any fillable document, it makes everything to do with a business much easier. It's just not very easy to do. I have to remember how to do it every time. Not sure if that is my fualt or if this is just not that user friendly.

Used the product a few times (PDF editor) and really liked it but disn't use it enough to warrant purchase. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged the annual fee a few weeks later. The company immediately refunded me when I requested it, and did so without question or issue.
