What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to edit the content of a PDF. I've recently had to adjust a few documents which were not previously editable for me, and this has made it simple to keep things updated.

I would like to be able to choose the file destination when selecting Save As, rather than it defaulting to my Downloads folder.

PDF Filller Frendly Support Person
I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. Our previous subscription was deactivated because no one seem to know the login or password for the account. It was assumed a temp employee had subscribed who is no longer employed. Difficulty accessing and filling online forms prompted us to re-subscribe. This morning's experience has been great and we plan to continue using this application.

Great customer service
This is a great site and if I had a business I would probably use it, but I only needed to sign and fill 2 documents during my 30-day free trail, so the cost of an actual subscription wasn't worth it. I attempted to cancel my subscription on the site but couldn't for some reason. As soon as I asked for a refund, however, it was immediate and customer service could not have been more helpful. So it would have been 5 stars if cancelling the free trial was a little easier. Also, if there was a lower subscription for very light usage I would be interested in that.

I actually subscribed to PDF filler through our business. After we sold out business the new owners used a different service. However, I really rate this product so I subscribed to it personally to use when needed for signing anything. Really great web application!

PDFfiller is the best app ive found so far for editing and creating fillable forms. I've tried one which is very inferior to it. Definetly gets the job done. Would recommend to anyone.
