Nice service, but entering in text into some of the fields can result in wonky formatting if more text than can be displayed is entered. And it's not easy to re-visit the fields and edit/shorten the text.

I would give it five stars but honestly it is a lot of money per month for me when I rarely use it. That said, when I DO use it, it is a massive time saver. I love the signature features and how well the filler integrates with every form and contract I have used.

What do you like best?
I am able to take a pdf file and change to a jpeg very easily. This allows me to change pdf file so it can be put on FaceBook. I also use it to make corrections instantly when it will take a day or two to get someone else to send it. I simply erase the incorrect data and type in the correct.
What do you dislike?
I have found that the program is not intuitive and there is a fairly large learning curve. I still don't know all the functionality, but what I know it will do make it worth it to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good program and a great price. Well worth it!!

PDF Filler - what a great tool
I love the convenience of being able to access and fill out forms from any device or computer. I also like the fact that I can save the forms I create and use them again in the future. Very easy to find and insert the form fields that I need. It is also very user-friendly, and it makes creating forms so much easier. I like that I don't have to download anything and it is all online. I can access my account anywhere, anytime. The customer service is also excellent. I highly recommend it.

Do you pay stamp duty on newly issued shares?
It is not payable when new shares are issued. HMRC provides a calculator to work out how much stamp duty is payable. Stamp duty is not payable when shares are transferred for less than £1000 (including any connected transfers). This has to be certified by signing the back of the stock transfer form.

When you buy shares, you usually pay a tax or duty of 0.5% on the transaction. If you buy: shares electronically, you'll pay Stamp Duty Reserve Tax (SORT) shares using a stock transfer form, you'll pay Stamp Duty if the transaction is over £1,000.
