It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful. With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

What do you like best?
Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs. and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily. Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently. Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.

Quick way to edit and correct documents. Easy to save and access later. Lots of options for composing sending and revising. I only use basic functions but there are several ways to use this valuable tool beyond the features I use that exceed other competitors.

AS OF THIS DAY PDFFILLER IS THE ONLY PLATFORM THAT SEEMS TO DO IT ALL IN A VERY SIMPLE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD APROACH WITH A LAYOUT FOR THE FIND AND CLICK END USERS. I used this product to edit and fill… I used this product to edit and fill out an application and found the software to be very easy to use and very effective! I unfortunately forgot to cancel my 30day free trial and was unexpectedly hit with the charge the week before payday when I really couldn’t afford it. I explained my situation to the customer support team via chat and they happily refunded me my payment! Could not be happier with the service they provided and the understanding of my situation. Would definitely recommend!
