The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed.
My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun.
Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I'm so glad that I can fill in all the forms and documents easily with PDF filler. Before it was so frustrating not to be able to sign my name, PDF Filler is great!

tried other products and this one worked faster and better without any BS or training needed. it is fast and simple for those computer challenged. easy to use in court or out of court and easy access to all judicial council forms. hats off to pdffilir!

Its OK
Easy to use on desktop, but on the mobile it was OK like C+ overall, but good idea
It does what it should, but its a simple to use. If I had more time to use it, maybe give 120 day trial? I loved the signature and email process of the paperwork. Thats was easy.
I wish we can do more in the free trial. So I can dig in more. Make the mobile experience more easier

Excellent, efficient, immediate, professional service by *********. Very impressed with th level and quality of handling my request for refund as I only had to use the service one time, but let the "Free Trial" time frame lapse. The subscription charge was immediately refunded on the day it was debited for a one year subscription.

It would help to have some sort of tutorial outlining the all the functions. Having been offered a webinar during the 30 day free trial would've been helpful.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.
