It runs smoothly and quickly. It appears to have every feature I need in my daily work with PDF files, except one. It would be a fully completed utility if it included options for arranging/rearranging pages in PDF files. If it has that feature I am unable to find it. With this feature I'd rate it 5 stars.

It is very easy to use although there are somethings I don't understand what they are for. Other than that this is the easiest most convenient way to submit forms without the other party having to try to read your own writing.

Great Service - Great Support Team I used this service just once, but it was very easy to navigate the site and all of its capabilities. I thought I had canceled my subscription after I was done and forgot about it until I was charged the full annual fee. I reached out to them to see if I was eligible for a refund since I had not logged into my account in 29 days. They agreed to refund the charge and were very timely about it! I will use this service again if I ever need it again.

great product, "home" and "end" keyboard keys slightly buggy All is great except that when im typing in a text box and click the "home" or "end" key on my keyboard it sends me to the beginning/end of the entire document instead of the beginning/end of the text box itself.

What do you like best? PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed. What do you dislike? Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basically getting and sending signatures. Saves quite a bit of time and of course, the wait for something to get thru the snail mail.

We are an accounting office in Kansas and we have quite a few clients that are out of town and this program allowed us to get signatures with out having the clients come into the office multiple times. I would defiantly recommend this program! We are a small firm so the basic package works for us and it is a reasonable price and the customer service is great, prompt and knowledgeable.
