Mostly I am thrilled with this service I didn't know I needed... until this week... and I needed it twice!! The form MC 030 was glitchy when it came to cut and pasting and editing the comments section. My only complaint.

I didn't realize how much use I would… I didn't realize how much use I would make of this program, or the range of functions that it offers. I just got the free-version at first because I needed a digital signature. But now, as an academic, I find I use it all the time to share and to sign documents: now that everything is online and we have limited contact, this has become more important. I can't say that I've mastered or even noticed all the file features this program offers, but almost every time I use it I discover something new. Well worth the money!

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial,... Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.

I liked the idea that I can modify a… I liked the idea that I can modify a document with ease, but the yearly rate for educators is too much. I probably would have continued if I was given a reasonable monthly option. I do have a few subscriptions that I keep on a monthly option. So, keep that on mind when you are working with teachers.
