My wife had some US Government forms that needed to be filled out and returned. Because of her medical condition, she couldn't fill them out longhand, and she asked me if there was a way she could type and fill them in. We couldn't find access to a typewriter (WHAT'S THAT???), but I searched on Google and found information about your app. I had worked with some PC-based forms applications before, so I knew what type of function I was looking for. I scanned the forms into a PDF, and PDFfiller opened the files and allowed me to create editable fields on the forms which she then filled using your browser-based app. It got the job done! There were a couple times where she thought she had lost everything, but because of the automatic save function, nothing was lost. Unfortunately, I don't have any other immediate need for this, but I certainly hope you use this for promoting your product. I would have given it 5 stars had there been an apparent way of copying all the fields I added to one page and paste them onto identical subsequent pages in my document (you know the Government--lots of duplicate type information!). I had to create the same fields over about 8 or 9 identical pages on one of the forms. If I find I do have more use for this app in the near future, I will purchase it!

It has been good, but the saving of the files is not that easy, have to upload document every time you want a new copy.
The easiness to write pdf's and print them out.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!
