It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. I just started to use PDFfiller and like the ease of completing pdfs, and logical flow of the app! Also love the send fax feature although while it seemed to work well from the desktop app, it seemed to hang when faxing from my galaxy Note 4 (just kept spinning and I had to force stop the app)-- will have to try faxing more to see if it was a device or app issue.

This program has allowed us to reduce the amount of time it was taking to complete our main work task by at least 50%. The only significant improvement that would increase our experience would be the ability to rotate any specific text input by 90 degrees.

Ease of use. I was able to tab over to next box throughout the form. There was no need for the prompt, and I. was unable to disable it. Otherwise, it was quick and easy.

It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.
