It is expensive. You need to reduce the annual price. I also do not like the way the eraser works - it is either very sketchy or one has to save a doc and reload to erase something just done. Very slow and clunky

EEOC Regulations require that employers keep all personnel or employment records for one year. Under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA) record keeping requirements applicable to the EPA, employers must keep payroll records for at least three years.
Your employer or former employer is required to maintain any medical and exposure records created for you for specific periods of time. Paragraph (d) of 1910.1020 requires that employers keep exposure records for 30 years.
Employers must save these records and the OSHA annual summary for five years following the end of the calendar year in which the records originated. However, employers must keep medical records for employees exposed to toxic substances or blood-borne pathogens for up to 30 years after the employee's termination date.
Data such as employees' personal records, performance appraisals, employment contracts, etc. should be held on to for 6 years after they have left.
Fair Labor Standards Act Records that employers are required to maintain for at least three years include personal information about the employee, including Social Security number, sex, position and title, wages earned, pay rate and overtime earnings.
It's recommended that personal information of employees, including contact details, appraisals and reviews be kept for at least 5 years. You should keep hold of employees' financial for at least 3 years as HMRC may request to see them in this time.

Have a system in place for the storage of any physical paper proof of training, especially records of attendance. Keep it systematic, neat, and up-to-date. Make filing a part of the process, so that hard copies don't get piled up, lost, have coffee spilled on them, or simply forgotten about or thrown away.
