Great Tool!
PDFfiller is wonderful for all those documents we have to go through and all the contracts we need done. They help fill in and make sure everything is in its place.
We have no issues as of yet with the system. It has been very helpful in fast filling the doucments we need.

I have NO ablity for photoshop
I have NO ablity for photoshop, etc. But this software is easy to use and I can easily edit the few things I need to do. Highly recommend it for those who aren't to tech savy.

What does point of lay mean?
Simply, the term “point of lay” means hens which have matured to the stage when they should be starting to lay eggs. The time it usually takes for a good laying breed of chicken to reach point of lay is between 16 – 20 weeks old. However, individual chickens can start laying earlier or several weeks later.
What is a point of lay pullet?
Our Dictionary defines point-of-lay as: Term used to describe pullets who are about to begin their first lay. Generally around 18-22 weeks old. Essentially, it means that the chicken is at the age where they are about to begin laying delicious fresh eggs!

A 'pullet' is a young hen that is under 1 years of age, and has not started laying eggs yet. Generally speaking, 'pullets' (young hens), will reach 'point of lay' (age at which they lay their first egg), between their 16th and 24th week of age. In some cases and breeds, it can be more, or less.
What does Pol mean in chickens?
There is always confusion over the term 'Point of Lay' (POL) used by breeders and others selling pullets (a pullet being a female chicken under the age of a year). Point of lay is often a bit vague. It's a term that's used to describe a pullet that is approaching the point where she will be old enough to lay eggs.
What do point of lay hens eat?
Filling a suet feeder with cabbage leaves, kale and other greens can help to keep confined birds busy and healthy, especially in the winter months. Whilst greens will help improve the amount of eggs your hens lay, you need to make sure you have the right breed that naturally lays lots of eggs.
How much do laying hens eat per day?
On average, a laying hen will require approximately 1/4 to 1/3 of a pound of feed every day, or roughly 1.5 pounds of feed per week according to Nutrient Feeds.
Which food is good for hen?
In addition to their core diet of pellets you can feed them grains such as corn or wheat to give them some variety. Chickens love fruit and vegetables, and you can give them this daily. Our girls love: vegetable peels, bananas, apple cores, carrots and broccoli.
