1. an "undo" button would be nice
2. when sharing a document and adding comments/instructions, it would be helpful to have the option to pull up the document to be shared for reference.

A deed is a written document which is executed with the necessary formality (that is, more than a simple signature), and by which an interest, right or property passes or is confirmed, or an obligation binding on some person is created or confirmed. Deeds are generally enforceable despite any lack of consideration.
How does a company sign a deed?
The most common way for companies to execute deeds is to follow the methods set out in the Corporations Act. The Corporations Act states that a company can execute a deed by having it signed by: two directors of the company.
