PDF Filler is intuitive to use (easy buttons). The one add I would like is to be able to edit signed documents and initial the edits...currently signed documents are Read Only even to the originator.

The site is intuitive and everything is organized in a no fuss manner. Scanning in documents and making changes is easy.
What do you dislike?
The printing of documents can be tricky sometimes. Most of the time I save as a PDF and open with Adobe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have the basic Adobe software as well. It makes printing documents, in the proper size, much easier.

I tried this site and it does everything it says it does! It ended up that I didn’t need their service, though, and they were super nice and honest, helping me to cancel. They were great to deal with and I recommend them!

I want to know how to utilize all of the features that PDF Filler offers. So far, I am enjoying having clean documents without pen errors or having to use whiteout.

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. I use it everyday for certificates of insurance, the program is very user friendly

I have tried to save the link on my computer but it never saves. I always have to google acord PDF filler.

It saves all my COI so I just need to change the date and certificate holder.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.

How do I make a PDF file smaller, so I can upload it?
Locate the PDF file you want to make smaller. Click on and hold the PDF file. Drag the PDF file to the Drop PDF here icon on the screen. The file will upload and begin compressing. Scroll down and click on Download File Now. Select the location where you'd like to save the file. Click on Save.
How do I reduce the size of a PDF file, so I can email it?
Click the “Clean Up” option, then click the “Object compression options” drop-down menu. Select “Compress document structure.” This option shrinks the size of the PDF document by removing any other useless items from the PDF, as well as optimizing it for fast Web view. Click “OK” to save the changes.
How do you resize a PDF file?
Choose File > Print. From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select one of the following options: Fit To Printable Area Scales small pages up and large pages down to fit the paper. Click OK or Print.
How can I reduce the size of a PDF file offline?
Open NXPowerLite offline file compression software. Drag your PDF file onto NXPowerLite. Hit the “Optimize” button to reduce file size. Check the reduction then share or send the smaller optimized file.
