CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!!
I was using pdfFiller to edit divorce documents I downloaded from the Court Clerks website. Being able to edit these documents was going to save me around $500 in attorney fees. When it was time to save and print I was directed to purchase the subscription. There are 2 options... you can pay for the whole year at once (paying $8 per month) or you can pay $20 per month and be billed each month. I accidentally authorized the whole year @$96 to be charged to my debit card. This was not my intention but I knew it was going to be such a hassle to get them to refund my money that had already cleared only to spend $20 with them. I contacted support thru the chat option anyway and found I was very wrong in my assumption. I was connected to Ray who in less than 5 minutes had refunded the difference of $76 back to my card and was inquiring if there was anything else I needed help with. This is how customer service should be and very rarely do I experience anyone who should bear the title of a customer service representative. THANK YOU RAY FOR YOUR HELP AND PDFFILLER FOR HIRING COMPETANT ENJOYABLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.

The ability to upload documents as templates, to work on completed documents, whether changing page order or add/modify information.

I find it challenging to change fonts and text color. I'm not even sure it's possible.

How do you be notified when an inmate is released?
- Call 1-877-411-5588 (TTY 1-866-847-1298) Follow the directions to enter the inmate's name or booking number using the keypad on your telephone. — You will receive immediate information regarding the inmate's status. — To register by telephone for notification select option 1 after the inmate's status is provided.

What happens when an inmate is transferred?
If the inmate is transferred to another facility that uses Tel mate services, the funds on your account can still be used. If the funds are on the Inmate Account, the inmate will need to request the transfer of funds from the previous facility to the new facility.
How long does an inmate stay in transit?
LENGTH OF STAY: In-transit inmates are held at the FTC for a variety of reasons (i.e., ICE, US, BOP, WRIT, etc.). It is not uncommon for an inmate to be held for more than 60 days due to a re- designation while in-transit, WRIT, ICE releases, airplane/vehicle repairs, etc.

The easiest way to do a nationwide inmate search to locate which prison an inmate is located at (or where they were held before release), is to search for the person using the Find an Inmate search tool on Bop.gov. It works for any offender incarcerated from 1982 to present day.
