Overall, it was good. Saying it is free is misleading. I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free". The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

I really like it so far. The snap to grid text editing is fantastic. The cloud options and email sync are perfect. Nice job. The UI is almost exactly like my Neat scanner software so it's very intuitive.

It's not as easy to follow as you think it is. For example, Save As is a command that most of us think as a file name, not application such as PDF or Docx. I now have to go back and find the document, add the signature and then, change the name of the file, somehow from the template to a specific client's file.

Accounting Assistant This software made it easy for me to complete a single 1099-MISC that i needed and that i wasn't able to use my current software for. I was able to quickly create the document and send it out to the necessary party on a time crunch. This would not be good to use for a large amount of 1099's but, it did meet my needs.

I had an occasion to need a form filler… I had an occasion to need a form filler on a PDF. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I don’t need a PDF form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my PayPal account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a PDF form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.

For example, one field is labeled “certificate holder.” The certificate holder is the party the certificate of insurance is provided to. So if you're hiring someone, and you requested the COI, then you're the certificate holder.

On general liability insurance, the person or entity that has requested and received a COI will count as a certificate holder. For a particular project or job, there could be multiple certificate holders if there are multiple entities that have insurance requirements.
A certificate of liability insurance is proof that you possess liability insurance coverage. This document describes the types of liability coverage you have; it also details the coverage and provides information about the insurance company issuing the coverage.
Knowing who should be listed as certificate holder on a certificate of insurance is a key piece of certificate tracking knowledge. In almost every case, the certificate holder is the employing entity.
A certificate holder is someone that takes receipt or evidence of the COI. The certificate holder is the party to which the certificate of insurance is provided to. So if you're hiring someone, and you requested the COI, then you're the certificate holder.
To put it bluntly: a declaration page is not the same thing as a certificate of insurance. A declaration page is an internal document for a policyholder's reference, whereas a certificate of insurance is an external-facing document used to present evidence of insurance coverage to or for third parties.
