This program is excellent, there is a form for just about anything you need! The features included are awesome how you fan sign, fax, email, etc. I love how you are notified when your document is viewed, and how records are kept! I don't know how I ever lived without it! just wished i knew how to use it better...

Great product...relatively easy to use
Great product...relatively easy to use, especially if one is familiar with this type of document editing app. I am please with how much of a time-saver it is. I couldn't give 5-stars because the cost of the "Full Version" is really too expensive for me, but other than that, it's a very handy tool.

PDF filler is great!
it allows me to update an existing PDF document relatively easy and quick. Love that about PDF filler!
I like how user-friendly it is. Definitely easy to use, even for a beginner! It also enhances the PDF file you are trying to update.
I think every feature within PDF filler should be available to a paying member and not have these tiered membership structures.

Easy to use. Has an issue with locating my document on my device when done. Took a few minutes to find it in downloads instead of documents.

I cancelled the subscription 11/11/2021 and pdffiller took my money via PayPal at 11/12/2021. I don't understand why. It's no honest. I don't even have an account on your site

Great Customer Service
Great customer service, very quick reply and they took care of my issue immediately. Highly recommend this company. I did use the service as a free trial once and it's well worth the yearly fee if you have a need for a service where you can fill out, update and/or use .pdf documents.

What are the different deeds?

What type of deed do you get when you buy a house?
There are three basic kinds of deeds: a general warranty deed, a special warranty deed, and a non-warranty or quitclaim deed. If you are a buyer, you want your deed to get you everything you bargained for.
What is a deed when buying a house?
A house deed is a written document that shows who owns a particular property. When someone is ready to buy a house, the buyer and seller must sign a deed in order to transfer the property's ownership rights to the new homeowner. A deed is an important legal tool.
Do you get a deed at closing?
Both the warranty deed and deed of trust are recorded with the county clerk or recorder. Generally, the lender sends the documents to be recorded after the closing. A quitclaim deed is also used to clear up title to property, if there is an issue with someone else possibly having an ownership right in the property, he or she can be asked to sign a quitclaim to make sure the new owner has complete title.
