It is expensive. You need to reduce the annual price. I also do not like the way the eraser works - it is either very sketchy or one has to save a doc and reload to erase something just done. Very slow and clunky

We thought this was a bit scammy when we were charged for a plan no one recalled signing up for but once we found the email address associated with the account they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge, no questions asked. Very pleased!

What do you like best?
I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!!

How do you serve a 30-day notice to vacate?
Be in writing. Say the full name of the tenant or tenants. Have the address of the rental property. And. Say that the month-to-month tenancy will end in 30 days if the landlord is giving a 30-day notice or in 60 days if he or she is giving a 60-day notice.
Do you have to give 30 days notice to move out?
In most states, when termination is without cause, a landlord must give the tenant either a 30-day or 60-day termination notice. If the tenant refuses to move out or fix the violation after receiving a termination notice, the landlord can file an eviction lawsuit.
What happens if you don't give 30 days notice before moving?
It's simple: You can leave, but you pay rent for that period, anyway. For example, if you suddenly move out of a month-to-month unit where 30 days' notice is required, the landlord will probably simply deduct from your security deposit the amount of rent you would have paid if you had delivered the required notice.
Do you have to give 30 day notice on a month-to-month lease?
In most states, landlords must provide 30 days' notice to end a month-to-month tenancy. Except where noted, the amount of notice a landlord must give to increase rent or change another term of the rental agreement in a month-to-month tenancy is the same as that required to end a month-to-month tenancy.
