i am very surprised at how easy it is to retrieve and add new pdf's to my account. I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

What do you like best?
PDFfiller is easy to use and has widely varied functionality. From the editing of documents to the administrative/management aspects of the program, it is quick and simple
What do you dislike?
Some elements of the interface gets a bit busy. It ends up leaving me with a somewhat small visual operating space. It is worth mentioning, though, that this has improved a bit in the last six months or so.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm using the templates to edit and send out letters, which I like. I'm also sometimes using the direct email function.

I've used pdffiller almost a year. Works pretty good. Available anywhere. Document storage is good. Login in is easy. Options are many especially what can be done after the document is finished. Time to load documents Too many clicks (four) to get it to print. Can't arrange folders to my liking.
