I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

It was really hard to find certain features like consolodating multiple PDFS into one. I also thought the package I bought came with the signature signing option - and apparently it didn't. 180/year is a lot to NOT have that feature. That's the main reason I chose it over others.

Very easy to download a document, fill in the required fields and electronically sign. When I had a small issue customer service solved it quickly.

PDF FIller was an answer to many questions.
Our business is an industrial maintenance business. We have had to use PDF filler several times with applications and insurance documents. PDF filler made it easier.
We liked how they explained everything we needed to know to fill in applications and other papers online without having to scan and download everything separately. I always thought it was my computer that was the problem, but with PDF filler, it doesn't matter what software is already on your laptop, you can work with any documents.
Sometimes I would go duplicate a step in saving the document, but after a couple of documents, it was easy to figure out what I should do.

Sometimes not compatible with the pdf you upload, so when saved it hasn't accurately filled in the right boxes

The ability to quickly amend and update documents that clients sends in a pdf format, and also to change into other formats such as word.
