This is a great online resource for signing, stamping and editing PDF documents without needing to purchase a PDF editor.
With the free plan, your limited in terms of collaboration, file sharing and upload locations. However, the paid plans are very reasonably priced and you can just purchase month by month as needed.

if the connection of the internet service provider is weak the form you type is loading until the connection comeback and repeat again in where you are last typing.

You an edit PDFs and make forms fillable. It is easy to navigate and design your forms. I thought it was easy to add additional information to an existing pdf.
I would like to be able to download the form to my computer and post to my company website and have all features work.

How do you view highlights in a PDF?
Select it to view the drop-down menu. Select “Type :: Highlight”. Now, the Comments List will only display the Highlight annotations. Click on one, and you'll observe selected Highlight annotation will be displayed over in the PDF.
How do I view highlighted text in PDF?
Step 1: Open the PDF File. Open the PDF file that has highlighted text you need to find. Step 2: Click the “Comments” icon. In the lower-left corner, click on the “Comments” icon. Step 3: Select and view the highlighted text.
How do I enable highlighting in PDF?
Open PDF. Click the “Open File” button to select the file you'd like to highlight. This will open the file within PDF element. Highlight Text in PDF. Go to the “Comment” tab and select “Highlight”. Save Highlighted PDF. Once you have highlighted the text, you can save the changes.
How do I save a PDF with comments showing?
Choose File > Export. Select “PDF” from the File Format popup, select the “With Embedded Notes” option, choose a location to save the PDF to, and press OK.
