Not sure yet why the W2 would not send to IRS. the button was not lit up after I completed all of my information into the W2 forms. I doubt that I will be able to afford your product due to it billing annually. Also, the price is too high for my budget. -EPOC Bookings

What do you like best?
We use it to generate fillable forms for customers - it works very well whether inserting date or image.
What do you dislike?
The document management part is a bit confusing. It can be difficult to work with templates vs documents, and with shared templates or documents.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDFFiller has made generation of forms - both using their web app and API, extremely productive for our operations team.

Very professional, highly recommended. I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Choose View > Show/Hide > Rulers & Grids > Rulers. Do one of the following: Drag down from the horizontal ruler to create a horizontal guide, or drag right from the vertical ruler to create a vertical guide.
right-click the toolbar, select “customize toolbar” >commands >tools 2. Find the select tool, double click 3. Set “ESC” key as shortcut, then every time when you hit “ESC” key, it will go to the select tool. You can choose other keys on the keyboard, too.
To copy text, choose Tools > Text Tool and drag over the text as you normally would. Then choose Edit > Copy. To select only a portion of text horizontally (for example, to select only one column in a two-column document), choose Tools > Text Tool, then press the Option key and select the text.
Insert a table. For a basic table, click Insert > Table and move the cursor over the grid until you highlight the number of columns and rows you want. For a larger table, or to customize a table, select Insert > Table > Insert Table.
