Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! Select Turn on Content Blocker to enable parental controls. You might need to select the lock icon on the Parental Control window to change to your settings. Here, just enter the password for your computer, so you can make changes. Select each content category you want to block.
Press the Menu button on your remote, scroll to Settings & Support using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select. Using the arrow buttons, scroll down to Parental Controls and then press OK/Select. Press the right arrow to scroll over to On Demand Lock and then press OK/Select.

Press the Menu button twice to display the General Settings menu, then scroll to and select Setup. Select Parental Control Setup and then use the number buttons to enter a four-digit Locks PIN. Enter the same PIN again to confirm. Open Pins Setup to clear your Locks PIN or enter a new Purchase PIN.
