How do I protect a PDF from being copied online?
Open your PDF.
Go to Protect Tab.
Click Password.
Enter Password.
Select the Printing allowed dropdown.
Select None means to prevent printing.
How do I lock a PDF from copying?
Protect PDF from Copying and Editing Go to the “Protect” tab, then click the “Set Password” button. Then select the option of “Permission Password”. Enter your desired password and permissions. Once confirmed, click on “Save” button to apply, and save your PDF file.
How do I password protect a PDF on my computer?
Open the PDF and choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Encrypt with Password. If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. Select Require a Password to Open the Document, then type the password in the corresponding field.
